Order times can vary, but we like to tell customers that our custom flags take between two-four weeks to receive from your order date.  This will vary depending on stock levels and what season we are in, but we suggest you order one month in advance of when you would need to receive your flag.

Why don't you have my school on your school list?

We need permission to use the logo and or likeness of each school listed on our School List.  If your school isn't on our list, we do not currently have permission; although we are always adding more schools. 

Unfortunately, there are some institutions who will not give us permission at this time.  This too can change so we try to contact everyone who has inquired about a school once they come on board with our product.  We encourage you to directly inquire with us so we can follow up with you.
